Being Buff #28: The Final Show....for now

Being Buff #28, The Final Show, Nov. 10, 2008

This is the last weekly episode of my weekly podcast Being Buff for the following reasons:

1) I have decided to focus on my blog and really try and see if I can grow a community here.

2) Blog content gets indexed by Google making it much easier to share than audio in podcasts which doesn’t get indexed.

3) The blog has been drawing comments whereas the podcast has not.

4) I want to start experimenting with video blogging.

So that’s it. I will still produce Being Buff when I get the chance to get some really great audio but until then – check out the blog.
